Sacred Earth, Sacred Soul: A Book Study on the Wisdom of the Celts

Have you ever heard some wisdom that speaks to you at a “deep soul level?”
A “gut level?”
A "this is the first time I've ever heard this, but I've known it my whole life" level?

Celtic wisdom is a stream that stretches from ancient times to our present moment. Through its teachers we learn that we are good, that all of creation is saturated with the divine and that each of us is hardwired for the holy with a deep knowing. This ancient stream of thought has profound implications for how we encounter God, creation, and one another today.

Join us for a 5 week exploration of Celtic wisdom as we explore the book Sacred Earth, Sacred Soul by author and teacher John Philip Newell. Through this interactive book study, we will dive deep into Celtic Christian spirituality, and maybe, rediscover that which we've known all along but may have forgotten. Perhaps we'll find something to help us navigate the road ahead of us in our world today.

The book can be purchased at your favorite book seller, online, or we’ll have some copies to purchase at church. There is no additional cost for this book study.

We plan to record the zoom sessions, so if you miss a meeting, you'll be able to catch up by watching.
