Youth Coordinator (Full-time)

Gloria Dei is a creative and innovative community which seeks to be church differently. We believe the status quo for congregational ministry isn’t meeting the needs of our diverse, fragmented, and changing society. In response, Gloria Dei is developing a nimble, team-oriented, non-linear approach to ministry. 

We are seeking a full-time, highly motivated, and experienced individual whose passion for youth ministry is rooted in building relationships and guided by Gloria Dei’s Welcome Statement and Ministry Insights. Candidates are motivated to inspire youth, middle school through young adults, to explore God's love for them and for all people. This includes but is not limited to fostering a sense of belonging, growth, and community engagement among youth and their families. This will manifest in creative leadership of opportunities for youth to connect with each other as well as the broader Gloria Dei and Rochester community.
